Tuna Loaf


3 cans Island Pride Tuna in oil, drained
1 can Island Pride Peas and Carrots
1 cup breadcrumbs (can be substituted with Crix)
3 eggs
¼ cup chopped celery
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
4 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning
Ketchup (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃).

Step 2

Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well incorporated.

Step 3

Top with ketchup, and bake for 45 minutes.
