Tuna Salad


2 cans Island Pride Tuna in brine, drained
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup celery, diced
3 tbsp onion, minced
½ tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
