Ponche Creme

Ingredients

6 Eggs

1/2 Tbsp lime zest

2 (12-oz) Cans evaporated milk

6 Cans Island Pride condensed milk

4 Dashes Angostura bitters

1750ml Bottle rum

1/2 Tsp freshly grated nutmeg

1/2 Tsp freshly grated cinnamon

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a big mixing bowl.

Step 2

Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Step 3

Use a funnel to transfer mixture to large glass bottles.

Step 4

To serve, pour over ice and enjoy!
