‘Tuna Backs’
Ingredients
1 can Island Pride Tuna in Oil
1/4 Onion, chopped finely
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Pimentos, chopped finely
2 tsp Fine thyme
4 tbsps Island Pride Soybean Oil
1/4 Chung Chun (CC) Panko Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Heat oil in saucepan and add onion, garlic and pimentos to saute until fragrant.
Step 2
Add tuna and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Then add panko breadcrumbs and fine thyme to the oan and stir until well combined.
Step 4
Finally, place mixture back into crab shells and enjoy!
