Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
2 tbsp Island Pride Soybean Oil
2 tbsps Chung Chun (CC) Hosein Sauce
1 can Narcissus Poku Mushrooms
1 can Island Pride Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup carrots
1 cup brocolli
1 cup onions
1 cup sweet pepper
1 tbsp ginger, grated
4 garlic cloves, chopped
Green onions, for garnish

Step 1
Add soybean oil to a hot saucepan and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Add hosein sauce. Then add in remaining vegetables, and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper and sesame oil to taste.
Step 3
Plate and top with green onions.
