Fish Broth Soup


2 cans Island Pride Sardines, in brine

1/2 cup sweet potato, chopped

3/4 cup regular potatoes, chopped

1/2 cup carrots, chopped

1 tsp all-purpose seasoning

1 tbsp green seasoning

Juice of 2 small limes

1 tsp salt

salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender.

Step 2

Add in carrots and season with green seasoning, lime, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add sardines into the soup mixture. And turn the heat off.

Step 4

Serve soup in a bowl and garnish with chives.
