Sardines and Rice


1 Can Island Pride Sardines in Oil
1 Cup Rice, cooked
1/2 Small Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Large Tomato, sliced
Scallions, for garnish

Step 1

Saute sardines, onions and garlic. Add in tomatoes and cook until slightly tender.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Serve along side rice, and garnish with scallions.
