Tuna Casserole


2 Cans Island Pride Tuna in Oil
1 Pack Ankara Fusilli Pasta
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Eggs
1 Can Island Pride Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can Island Pride Pease and Carrots
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Small Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Step 1

Add the onions, garlic, corn, and peas and carrots to mayonnaise. Season with pepper.

Step 2

Fold in the tuna, followed by the cooked pasta, eggs and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 3

Place in a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Cook at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, just until the top starts to brown.
