Tuna Wrap


2 Cans Island Pride Tuna (in oil), drained

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp prepared mustard

2 tbsps minced onion

2 tbsps diced pimentos

2 tbsps chopped chives

Black pepper, to taste

Freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork.

Step 2

Toss with the celery, onions, pimentos and chives.

Step 3

Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper, to taste.

Step 4

Stir to combine. Add lemon juice, to taste, if using.
